Today a good Friend Carlos while picking up materials at North Providence Lowes had his Van full of tools stolen from the parking lot. Carlos is one of the most honest people I have ever meet with a huge heart that would help anyone.Not only did they steal his van and tools they stole his lively hood that he supports his two young girls with. Carlos did not have any insurance. Anything would help
