Hello everyone, my name is Juan Perez. I'm married to my beautiful wife, and I have a handsome 9-year-old son and a cute dog named Popcorn.

In June of 2024, I injured myself on the job working as a maintenance technician. Doctors told me after imaging that I have three tears in my right shoulder: two tears in my rotator cuff and one in the tissue that connects my upper bicep to my shoulder. I've tried physical therapy and also a steroid injection. Both options did not help. My last option is surgery.

Being that this injury was on the job, workers' comp will cover the medical procedures, but will only cover a percentage of my wages.
