Update

March 1, 2025 is JT's official date of death. Today March 2 he was revived from life support and had his walk of Honor as an organ donor.

Hello, I'm a friend of Jeremy, or as I know him, JT. With his family's permission, I'm starting this GoFundMe. JT was having surgery on Thursday, February 27, when the unthinkable happened. There was less than a 1% chance of anything going wrong, and everything did. JT is being tested today to be declared brain dead. JT is a father of 4, a beloved son, the best brother, and a very loved friend. Please, if you can, help us help the family with one less concern. Anything and everything is appreciated, and if you can't financially, if you can share and/or pray for all.
