Help JT Sustain CFSV - Community Mortgage

As you can imagine, 2020 was a hard year for the gym and though we're beginning to see the light at the end of the tunnel, we're in a pretty dire financial situation. In a nutshell, we need to refinance the gym to create a more sustainable environment so we can weather the rest of this pandemic and come out stronger on the other side. 

The issue is that we are in a situation where, because of the reduced revenues, we are unable to secure bank refinancing on the gym's outstanding $321k mortgage. To survive, we need your help to allow us to continue operating until the ban on classes is lifted and revenues return to normal as we get back to the business of helping people get fitter, healthier, and happier again. 

We know how much CFSV means to us and to everyone who comes through our doors, and we're fighting to keep it intact. If you have some money to help, we have set up this GoFundMe to help pay down the mortgage balance and make community financing more feasible. Any amount you can give will be helpful.
