Hello my beautiful friends! Most of y’all on the OBX knows my family. I have never been in a position to have to ask for help. My brother has been in a terrible accident which has left him paralyzed.

He’s spent the last 6 weeks in the hospital and finally today will be transported to Florida for rehab where he will be close to family.

While he’s in rehab my mom needs to get her house ready for him. We know miracles can happen and hopefully JR will walk again one day but if not we need to build a ramp, make the bathroom wheelchair accessible and make the doorways in the house wide enough to accommodate his new lifestyle.

Between the transport down here and the ramp is $10k and the other modifications to the house is $20k. I am so ashamed to ask for help!!

I have been battling cancer and I’ve been out of work, dad passed away and mom’s on a fixed income so we are just in a bad position to help my brother in the way heneeds right now!!

I appreciate all the prayers more than I could ever explain!! I’m forever grateful for the beautiful friends that have helped me through my journey as well!!!
