Hello all, I'm helping my student fundraise money to play basketball in Spain with Beyond Sports. Jozlynn was nominated by her Varsity Basketball Coach. Here is what Jozlynn has to say.

" I started playing basketball in the 6th grade. I constantly was trying to progress my basketball skills by working on my own time. Do to COVID, I wasn't able to play my 8th or 9th grade year. That set me back. Basketball restarted 10th grade year and I jumped on the chance to play again. I have continued playing through high school and now, as a senior, the time has flown by. I was captain of the basketball team junior and senior year. Playing basketball was never hard for me because I always wanted to get better and help others. Because I attend such a small school most of my teammates had never played basketball before. I loved helping my teammates grow and learn. We never won a game I enjoyed playing. Playing basketball introduced me to other sports like volleyball, track and cheer. In addition to sports, I'm also very involved with my school and community. I'm currently the ASB president and was the ASB vice-president last school year."
