In August 2024, Jozie was rushed to the ER after a seizure. Later that night at Children’s Hospital, doctors discovered a mass on her brain. Since then, she has faced chemotherapy, radiation, brain and neck surgeries, and other treatments with incredible courage and resilience. Jozie is a bright, joyful girl who loves art, gymnastics, glitter, and singing along to Taylor Swift with her closest friends. Her smile lights up every room, and she treasures time with family, friends, and her brothers. The love, generosity, and support from our community have given us strength every day.

Throughout this journey, Jozie’s determination and positivity have inspired everyone around her. Even on the toughest days, she finds ways to laugh and bring joy to those she loves. She dreams of exploring the streets of Paris, tasting macarons, and seeing the Eiffel Tower sparkle at night. This trip would be a chance for Jozie and her family to create joyful memories together and find hope in the midst of uncertainty.
