Hi, I’m raising money to help my friend Joying, whose real name is Paojoy Thangal. He’s from a small village called Angkailongdi in Senapati, Manipur. His village was recently hit by a flood and landslide that left many homes destroyed and the roads completely cut off.

Right now, they don’t have access to clean drinking water, electricity, cooking gas, or food. The main roads and railways are damaged, and it could be weeks before supplies are able to reach them.

I’ve known Joying personally for years. He’s a kind, down-to-earth person, and seeing what’s happened to his hometown really hit me. I’m starting this fundraiser with $100 of my own money just to help him and his community get through this tough time.

The money will go directly toward basic things like food, clean water, gas for cooking, and any other immediate needs. If you’re able to give, even a small amount, it would really help. And if not, just sharing this would mean a lot.
