My sister Joyce Castaldo,  was diagnosed two years ago with stage 4 Merkel Cell Carcinoma.  She is  the most kind, compassionate, and giving person that I know. Sadly, she is no longer able to work or take care of  her daily needs. She needs home care assistance to aide her with her day to day needs.
