Support Sis. Joyce Gambel in Overcoming Challenges

My name is Yukumi, and I’m a member of Pasadena Church. I’m reaching out to share the urgent situation of my sister in Christ, Sis Joyce Gamble, a remarkable and selfless member of our congregation.

Sis. Joyce has been serving and leading Food For Faith, a non-profit that feeds the unhoused community. F.F.F., serves the community a complete hot meal every Wednesday and Friday. Prior to the Pandemic, F.F.F., served the community every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, as well as Joyce serving the community on Saturdays at Central Park in Old Town Pasadena, for over eight-teen years. Many, many times Joyce provides food to the unhoused on weekends, as well as distributing blankets, clothing, and winter-wear, purchased with her personal money. On a weekly basis, her prepares meals for the elderly, who are unable to cook for themselves. Recently Joyce lost everything, due to an untimely tragedy. She is unharmed, but all of her comforts of home were destroyed; furniture, electronics, appliances, clothing, linens, etc.
