Joy is a devoted mother to her son Rowen, who lives with cerebral palsy. Rowen relies on both a wheelchair and a walker to get around, and every day brings new challenges for their family. Right now, Joy is driving a 17-year-old car that is not wheelchair accessible. The car is old, run down, and constantly in need of repairs, making even simple trips stressful and difficult. Every outing means Joy has to lift Rowen and his wheelchair into the car, which is physically demanding and exhausting for both of them.


A wheelchair accessible van would be life-changing for Joy and Rowen. It would make daily life so much easier, allowing them to get to appointments, school, and enjoy outings together without the constant struggle. Most importantly, it would give Rowen a sense of independence and comfort that he deserves.
