My name is Marissa, and my very close friend Joy Hileman has just received some disappointing news. Acute myeloid leukemia. She has to report to UT cancer center Monday and was told to plan to be there for a minimum of 4 weeks. Joy is a fighter, she has already undergone a double mastectomy where she beat breast cancer, beat cervical cancer, and now this. She is the best, sweetest person I know. She would literally give you the shirt off her back if you needed it. I am asking you guys to please help her out, she will be out of work for a bit of time and anything will help her get through this tough time right now. Her family will have travel expenses, she will have bills that will not wait until she is well, and she just needs a little extra support right now.
