Help Journee get the surgery she needs

Hello family friends and friends of family, I am coming to you in desperate need for my beautiful niece Journee. She fell sick suddenly with no warning. She is 3 years old and was diagnosed with AVM. She has to have brain surgery in order to correct what is wrong and it's a lot on my Brother and Sister in Law. They were told that they have to pay this money upfront before their Daughter could receive this surgery that will save her life.
