Help Jourdain Get a Breast Reduction!

Hello, my name is Jourdain and I am a 28-year-old Black woman with a visual impairment and chronic pain issues. I am suffering from severe shoulder, neck, and upper back pain as a result of my breast size. During the two years I was on hormonal birth control (2017-2019) my breasts ballooned from a 38D to a 38F. Now in 2020, my cup size has increased to a 38G. I am no longer on birth control, but my breasts keep growing at an alarming rate.
At this point, I feel breast pain whenever I do not have a bra. And even when I do wear a bra, I still suffer from intense shoulder, neck, and upper back pain. The pain has gotten so bad that I can no longer sleep and when I do I tend to wake up feeling just as miserable as the previous day. I am no longer on any birth control, as I have had this problem for years and felt I needed to take control of my body.
I have been seeing a chiropractor for a year and a half now, but it only provides momentary relief. I have also been getting acupuncture treatments when I am able to afford them. I am currently in physical therapy for the aforementioned pain along with chronic pelvic and hip pain, but my breast pain proves to be an obstacle when I am trying to do my exercises.
Even while sitting at my computer writing, my breast pain is distracting a debilitating. It has led to a huge slowdown in my work output. As a freelance journalist, there is no sick leave for me. All of my work is done at home and nothing at home has been able to give me comfort. While writing this I have had to take many breaks to address aches and pains, add cushions to my chair and apply pain relief ointment to my neck.
I am currently on Medicaid, but have found difficulty receiving clearance for my procedure. And even when patients do receive it, it tends to only swallow a portion of the cost.
The normal cost of breast reduction surgery is supposed to be about $6K but I have found that most places in New York City where I live are charging $15K. I only make 12K per year as a freelance journalist and within the past two years nearly all of it has been swallowed by rent and the cost of chiropractor visits.
Degenerative joint disease runs in my family as well as back and shoulder pain. As a 28-year-old woman, I would like to address these issues while I'm young to avoid more serious surgeries in the future. Both my mother and diseases grandmother have a history of multiple back-related procedures. I do not want to continue this generational pain. I want to have a healthier body so that I am able to exercise and recover from all this.
