Hello my name is Javier and today I’m asking for help from my family and friends. My partner Josue of 7 years and father of our beautiful adopted children Jocelyn 4, Jaime 3 and Jaqueline 1 is facing a long battle with cancer.

A year ago on Oct 2022 I took Josue to emergency due to painful stomach cramps. After some testing and mri’s doctors found couple masses in his colon that had created a blockage. Doctors suggested an emergency transfer to riverside county regional medical in Moreno Valley to start treatment immediately. Doctors at RCRM diagnosed him with stage 4 rectal colon cancer and the tumors are spreading to his liver and stomach. He started Chemo the following month in November 2022. Today he’s on his 12th round of chemo and the chemo has been taking a toll on his body. Seeing a person you love in pain is so hard. Josue is not giving up and has been fighting really hard to beat it. Our babies are the ones keeping him strong.

I’m asking for help to be able to spend time with him at home. This past year we’ve been having so many hospital, doctors visits and it’s been hard to catch up.
