Help Josie in her fight for health!

Four years ago, Josie Kirton was diagnosed with hepatobiliary cholangiocarcinoma. She’s been through chemotherapy, radiation, and the surgical removal of all of her gallbladder and most of her liver.

Josie has dedicated over 30 years of her life to others as a decorated and accomplished registered nurse. From nursing homes to NICU and Mother/Baby (and even serving as interim L&D manager to round it all out!) Always deeply caring and going above and beyond as nurse manager in several different departments before becoming Assistant Director of Nursing for Jamaica Hospital Medical Center, she tirelessly has poured into and cared for mothers, babies, families, staff, and colleagues. And this isn’t even her whole resume! She has been a staunch advocate for patient wellness and has left a lasting impression on many. So much so, her friends and family at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center have created this fundraiser to help offset the tremendous expense of medical care.

No donation is too little, and we welcome them all graciously, along with your love, care, and prayers for our loved one, Josie.
