Hello, my name is Josiah Stagno, and I'm reaching out with a hopeful heart from Merced, California. I’ve been accepted into a fire academy outside my county—a dream come true and a huge step toward my lifelong goal of becoming a firefighter. The academy is a 17-week program that requires me to relocate, and while I’m excited for this opportunity, it also presents a significant financial challenge.

Because of the rigorous hours and training, I won’t be able to work full time during the academy. This means covering tuition, essential equipment, and living expenses will be difficult on my own. I’m committed to giving my all to this program so I can serve and protect our community, but I need a little help to get there.
