A few years ago, my sister’s youngest son, Josiah, started having seizures. Their entire world was flipped upside down. My sister has spent the last few years going to numerous doctors, trying a variety of holistic and western remedies. From diet changes to brain scans, so much time and energy has been invested into helping Josiah heal. She’s done everything she can to give him the best chance at a healthy life, even when answers were hard to find.

Recently, she found a doctor who offers a unique type of therapy that focuses on the entire body as a whole—from the gut to the nerves. This doctor will give Josiah a full-length exam and look for answers that could make a real difference. Unfortunately, this is something insurance doesn’t cover, and the doctor’s bill is significant. My sister has spent years without solid sleep, constantly monitoring Josiah for seizures. They don’t go out to eat anymore due to Josiah’s diet restrictions, and she’s made countless sacrifices to support him.

I’m asking if we can come together and help her with this one. She’s done a tremendous job at doing everything she can, and thankfully, we see hope that Josiah will overcome this.
