Hello, I'm Joshua Bryant and I'm here today seeking much needed and urgent aid for a dear friend of mine in Prince Edward Island Who needs your help and assistance with his apartment rental and his utilities while recuperating from loss of wages and hours. He has been working a brand-new job, but the employment came too late, and he is not able to recover from the debt that he has accumulated from unemployment and the closure of his EI. He is currently on the hunt for a second job to make up for his wages, but his rent is already late, and his landlord is expecting him to pay for another month. If he cannot-he has nowhere to go. His family is unable to come to his rescue, and he has no choice but to ask his friends and you for help to give him a chance to recover. Our friend has nowhere else to turn and this is his only option to get him back on track this month long enough to get his second job to cover the rest.

Without your help, we're afraid homelessness is a real possibility, and I don't wish to see my closest friend on the streets when I have the ability to create a GoFundMe like this seeking the help he needs as a good friend should do for another.

This friend of mine has always been here for me when I've needed it most and I owe it to him to return the favor.

This is the extent of what I can do for now and there isn't very much time left.

I appreciate any and all that come here to take the time to read this call for assistance and understand how near and dear this friend is to me to set this up.

Remainder will be covering transfer fees to Canada and to help even the deficit that GoFundMe receives for using their services.

Update: 08/05/2025:

With the initial goal of $1200 reached and everything is paid for in terms of bills, my friend has still decided that he will be moving and just needs $400 for food and transportation to figure out a new future.
