“I know everyone is waiting for an update and I thank you all for your patience and grace. I was informed today that Joshua is been declared brain dead. So he is gone.

However, he did pull one last surprise for me. Joshua signed up to be an organ donor. He's going to help so many people and I am so proud of him.”

On Tuesday, November 18th, Kenneth Joshua Meyer was hit by a car while riding his bike home from work. He is currently in ICU fighting for his life. He has a wife named Ariel and three amazing children praying for him to come home.

Not only has this event been a massive emotional blow, but a huge financial one as well. Joshua is a devoted provider and was currently the sole income for his family. Bills wait for no one and their housing is at risk, which only adds more stress to this painful situation. If anyone can and is willing to help, it would be appreciated more than can be expressed. This way, Ariel can focus her sole attention on supporting and caring for Joshua while he continues to fight for his family.
