Help Joshua Simmons' Family Avoid Eviction

Hello,My name is Joshua Simmons. I hate asking for help but as some family knows I’ve been out of work for 3 months not getting paid for 2 months. We’ve moved at the beginning of me not working. And expenses has hit hard as my wife Ashley has been our sole source for income. Unfortunately she can’t cover rent and other needs. Last months rent was paid late with help of an organization but that organization can only help once. I found out today that where we live has to file for eviction tomorrow and legal fees will be attached to our rent. When we moved here we didn’t plan on me not working. All because my Employer has kept me off as I’ve been dealing with a work injury since June but worked since that time frame. All of a sudden they said that they can’t meet restrictions and has kept me off. I did receive disability benefits but once my doctor ruled me MMI (maximum medical improvement) those payments stopped. My employer tells me we have to have a meeting with a business partner to be able to return to work. They’ve dragged their feet with this process. I am the type of person who hates to ask for help but idk what more to do. With Christmas 2 weeks away and no money and now facing eviction here I am begging and pleading for any help not for me but for my children just so we’re not homeless Christmas.
