My friend Joshua from Westmoreland, Jamaica, urgently needs our help after the devastating impact of Hurricane Melissa. The storm tore through his community and significantly destroyed the roof of his home, leaving him and his family exposed to the elements and unsafe living conditions.

Joshua’s family is now struggling to remain in the home, and immediate repairs are urgently needed to protect them from further damage, rain, and instability.

Anyone who knows Joshua knows the kind of person he is. He is a local fitness trainer, a positive influence in the community, and someone who is always smiling, supporting others, and offering help in any way he can. He has been a friend to many — kind, honest, hardworking, and always ready to lift others up.
