Help Joshua Maintain His Home and Health

Hello, my name is Joshua, and I am reaching out with a heavy heart and urgent need.

I have been living with diabetes for many years, and in the past year, my condition has worsened significantly. Since 2018, I have undergone multiple lower limb amputations, which have dramatically changed my life and made it impossible for me to work.

While my employer initially granted me medical leave, that support may be ending soon, and I currently have no income. I am doing everything I can to stay afloat, but I am now facing the real possibility of losing my housing. My landlord is concerned that my ongoing medical needs may be too much to handle in a residential setting. The reality is that I may have to move into a nursing home to receive basic care.

This is not the life I imagined, but I am fighting to maintain as much independence and dignity as possible.

I am asking for help to cover:

Housing and living expenses

Medical equipment and transportation to appointments

Basic needs like food, utilities, and medications

Home care support to help me stay out of institutional care
