Joshua is a 6 year old boy from Londonderry, Nova Scotia who has autism and chromosome deletion  6q 21,
which is a very rare. Joshua has grown out of the wheelchair he got when he was 3. Unfortunately the insurance company won't cover his new wheelchair because it hasn't been 5 years since they covered the last one. Please help us get this sweet boy into a wheelchair that fits him! Thanks so much
