Hello,
My name is Joshua. I live in Big Spring, TX; a little big town about an hour and a half drive east of Odessa. I live in an apartment paid for by HUD through the Veterans Administration. I am an honorably discharged Veteran of the United States Air Force of which I served 4 years active duty. Four years of service granted me 4 years of college through the GI Bill, of which I achieved an Associate of Arts Degree and an Associate of Science (A.S.), Aviation Operations in pursuit of Air Traffic Control. Unfortunately, as fate would have it, I did not become an Air Traffic Controler. In fact the majority of the Air Traffic Collegiate Training Initiative (AT-CTI) program did not become Controlers. This, of course, was due to no fault of our own.

Those with student loans benefited from "Loan Forgiveness," a consolation which left out GI Bill students such as myself. Now I am on the path back to school to give it the old college try once again. Any help towards this matter would be much appreciated. Thank you for your consideration.
Sincerely,
Joshua Peter Wolfram
