Help Josh with medical and recovery expenses

I’m setting up a gofundme for my cousin Joshua Havilesko. Josh and I were like brothers our entire childhood, completely inseparable as we were only 6 weeks apart in age. Within the last year he moved to North Carolina to start his own construction and remodeling business. A few nights ago he was involved in a serious car accident and he was ejected from his truck. At this time he has a broken back, broken femur, broken ribs, and currently is suffering from a hemopneumothorax which means his chest is filling with blood and collapsing one of his lungs. Currently Josh is paralyzed from the waist down and doctors aren’t sure if this is going to change. Josh has had at least 3 major surgeries in the last 36 hours to try and improve his condition. Josh has two little girls that love him dearly and most of his family is here in western New York 850 miles from where he currently is in the ICU. Josh is going to have a very long, very painful road to recovery. If you could spare anything at all it would mean the world to our family. I don’t know the current state of Josh’s insurance or if he even has any at all. I just think that those that know and love Josh could help ease the extreme financial burden in some aspect.
