As some of you know recently I have recently had some struggles with non epileptic seizures (NES) and I am starting to see a light at the end of the tunnel after what seems like forever.

My experience has opened my eyes to what it’s like for people living with epilepsy and just how hard it can be.

I have decided to raise money to support the epilepsy foundation by running 200km between now and the 25th of March.
