Hi, I'm Josh Miller and my mom has been put on hospice and I will be her primary caretaker until she leaves us. She was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer early 2024, and that's been hard for not only her but our family and friends that love her and try their best to make her life as easy as possible. In recent months, it has spread in the worst way possible, spreading to her other organs, and the time we have with her is getting shorter and shorter. My main goal with this is to make her life as easy and comfortable as possible in her last months.
I have no experience really helping someone or taking care of them, and it's a little out of my comfort zone, but I'd do it again in a heartbeat for my mom. I am not one to ask for help or handouts; I wasn't raised that way, but in this moment of sadness and hardship, it would mean the world to me and my family.
The money would help with everything: medical bills and supplies that we would have to spend out of pocket, food, anything after she passes, and things she wants to do before she goes and can't do because she's been out of work for almost a year.
