Help Josh Lehr and his family stay afloat
Donation protected
His name is Josh Lehr,
He's an amazing hardworking man, a wonderful husband and father of three little girls.
Money was already tight for their family as they put everything into a child care center that's still not quite ready to open. Josh had been driving for uber doing rideshare every night and Tara was taking the girls with her during the day and doing deliveries.
On march 23 at 4 in the morning, while working driving uber, a drunk driver made a left turn into an oncoming lane and hit the van head on.
Josh sustained multiple serious injuries, including two broken feet, 4 broken toes, and having 72cm of his bowel removed. He was in the hospital for 24 days. This put an immense hardship on their family as they no longer have a vehicle and that was how they were making an income right now.
Josh is starting physical therapy this week, but healing has been a slow process and his doctor said he doesn't even want to talk about when Josh will be able to work again until his appointment in 6 weeks.
They have been very blessed to have had our church help with out bills and food the last two months, but they are still behind. They are unsure that when there is a settlement from the insurance if it will even be enough to cover his medical bills of $275,000.
We are asking for any help that can be given to them to help keep their rent, power, and water bills paid. So they are not forced out of their home with 3 children.
Thank you so much, every dollar helps.
