My name is Aidan Hinchey, and one of my lifelong best friends and his family need support right now. They are a wonderful family of 7 amazing people. Who have lived in Colorado for 15 years. The own a family sushi restaurant in Castle Rock called Sawara and sadly they are going out of business after 13 years in the area due to increasing competition and economic hardship. Josh Kim (my best friend) has been working at the restaurant full time since 9th grade while also managing school. He is in now in nursing school and pursing a bachelor's in science and nursing with a long-term goal of being a CRNA. His family has been working extremely hard to provide and support Josh but sadly might have to declare bankruptcy.
