Hey everyone. I'm Josh. I recently got behind on my truck payments. I was forced out of my home that I owned and had to rent, and I just had a kid, so things have been tough.

I had a friend offer to buy my truck and do a trade-in on something that would be easier to manage. He advised me to stop making payments because it would be handled at the payoff. Well, he never followed through and dragged his feet for 2 months just to completely bail and leave it where I'm going to lose my truck. I work out of it. I use it every day. I need it. It's my livelihood.

The bank wants to terminate the contract since it's been so long, which means I have to pay it off or surrender it. If I surrender it, I'll lose my job and my house, and I won't be able to care for my son. It's just been a really hard year. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
