Help Josh Jaramillo Heal and Recover

Hello, my name is Jake, I am Josh Jaramillo dad. My son was rushed to Wichita Ks from Elkhart Ks, his lung spontaneously collapsed and he is going into surgery this morning, we are starting this GoFundMe to go towards his hospital bills, food expenses, and any other medical expenses.
