Hi everyone, my name is Josh Grassi, and many of you know me through my animal rescue work. Today I’m reaching out with something very personal and urgent. I am facing foreclosure on my home, and my immediate goal is to raise $1,500 to stop it. I only have till the end of the week unfortunately(couldn't bring myself to do this, but if I didn't, I would always wonder what if).

I do apologize for my absence. These past few years have been incredibly difficult - from battling a chronic illness and losing vision in one eye from an eye stroke in which I'm currently going through a procedures to fix it over the next few years, to financial struggles and personal hardships.

All of this forced me to step back from the rescue work that meant so much to me and to all of you who've supported me over the last 20 years.

Now I'm facing the hardest challenge yet: I'm at risk of losing my home. For the first time, I'm personally asking for help through a fundraiser. If you're able to contribute or share, it would mean the world to me.

If I am blessed to go beyond that goal, additional funds will help me repair my truck so I can stay mobile, keep heat in my home through the winter, and give back to my mom who has been supporting me through these difficult times. Every dollar truly makes a difference, whether it’s helping me keep a roof over my head or easing the burden of these other challenges.
