Hello everyone! My name is Joshua Peterson. As some of you may know, I have been competing in track and field ever since my freshman year of high school.

Over the years I have gone through many obstacles to get to where I am now and fortunately, I have the opportunity to compete at the USATF U20 Outdoor Championships. The event will be held in Eugene Oregon at Hayward Field on June 24th. Currently I am the eighth best freshman long jumper in the country with a mark of 25’1ft or 7.65m. This opportunity is something that I’ve only dreamed of but watching it be able to become a reality is truly an amazing feeling.

If you are familiar with the financial side of traveling for track then you know that things can be very costly. I am asking my friends, family, and supporters to help get me to Oregon in a few weeks. The fundraising goal is $2,500 - which will cover air transportation, uber fares, rooming, and meals for me. Any amount will help and so will your prayers.
