Help Josh From Drowning in Debt

I am a partially disabled journalist living in Central California. While I work for several outlets freelance, it is not nearly enough to cover the expenses from my medication and the lack of work I'm able to find as someone without the ability to hard physical labor. I'm am presently drowning in debt. Attempts to freelance have been met with many rejection letters and frankly, I don't know what to do with the debt piling up. If you factor in my pain medication for the month, I am sitting at about -$850 in debt and that's before next month even starts. There is no more money coming in this month right now, this debt is only going to grow.
There's nothing anyone can do about treatment, it's just a steady diet of expensive pain pills that I have to take every day. Some days the pain is too great to even get out of bed and those days are total washes. No work can be solicited or done on such days.
I'm already on Obama care and receiving food baskets twice a month from my therapy clinic and this is just where I am financially. It's not that I don't want to manage my money, it's that there's never a time where I can get caught up or ahead. I always feel like one step forward leads to two steps back.
Your money will help me pay off overdue bills, bills have to just stop paying in order to have money for food and medication. Bills that are just going to roll to collections and screw up more of my finances. Anything you can spare will be so incredibly appreciated. I know times are tough and I don't expect anyone to bail me out. This is simply something you can do if you want to help someone just swimming in debt.
My situation is past urgent. I will happily take whatever you can spare. I am just at the point where I have to break down and ask for help. If you can, thank you so much. If not, don't worry because I totally understand.
All funds will go toward bills, medications, food, and pet supplies. I have ten rescue animals that I try to bring to joy to every day. I didn't mean to accumulate that many but each of these babies needed help at some time and I was able to provide that help.
