Help Josh Fix His Van to Keep Moving

I want to thank everyone who's donated, or shared. I am still getting to work some, and the shop has my van ready, but I'm still off by about $1,400 before they'll release it to me. Any help I can get will be greatly appreciated and paid forward as soon as I'm mobile and working more.

Thank you for taking time to get to know a little about me and my situation. My name is Josh; I'm originally from Arkansas but I have been living in Oregon for many years now. The transmission on my 1994 G20 Chevy Van has given up the ghost. After disassembling it, the mechanic gave me a list of 20 things that needed to be repaired. While the transmission needs an overhaul, there's reason to believe the van could very well keep trekking along for quite some time following this repair. The repair will cost $1,400. I'm a mover. This time of year is especially slow. I work hard to be dependable; I'm there for the small team I work with. I'm independent and very rarely need to rely on others. My van is a tool that helps me maintain that independence, and my livelihood. That's why asking for this assistance is especially tough. Apart from my work, I've started selling several of my anime collections to pay for this repair. I believe in community and I'm honored to have some great friends in my life, but nobody I know has any money. They would try and help me, but it would put them in a bad place financially. Again, I seriously appreciate that you might consider donating and helping me out. I'm well aware that everybody is struggling for this or that reason right now. Thank you.
