Help Josh Eider's Family

our nephew Josh was in a horrific car accident on Sunday September 19th - he was airlifted to Fargo and is still in a medically induced coma - His parents Pam and Steve will be staying with Josh as much as they can - so they will have travel, hotels and food expenses not expected - so any help would be much appreciated.
