- My name is Josh Callahan. I wouldn't normally do anything like this, but I'm putting my pride to the side and I'm doing this for my family. I have a 3-year-old daughter and a wife that depends on me. I had to be cut open and got some intestines cut out just last week. It's probably gonna be 12 weeks before I go back to work. We all know short-term disability, which is roughly 20% of a 40-hour check, will not be able to support my family. So if any of you people that know me could help me out with just anything you can, I will be forever grateful. And if you don't know me and want to help me, I would appreciate it. I'll add a couple of pictures.
