Hi everyone. My name is Michelle and I have set up this 'gofundme' on behalf of my brother Joshua Deer and sister-in-law Lucy Cooper who live and work in Kangaroo Island, SA.
For Josh and Lucy, the 3rd of January was an unkind day. In a matter of hours they like many others on the island, were forced to evacuate their home. The Kangaroo Island Ravine bushfire took their home that night leaving them with nothing but a ladder left standing.
After requests from many people on what they can do, we feel that this is one way to support them. This fund has been set up to help both of these beautiful people through the tough time of having to purchase items to get back on their feet.
