My name is Josh. I'm 32 years old with 2 young boys and a wife. Last year, I was diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma. Since the diagnosis, I can no longer work. I am currently going through chemo and radiation after having a major surgery. I had 75% of my tongue removed and my lymph nodes. I'm not a person to ask for help, but I'm not sure what else to do at this time. Having to go to treatment 5 days a week, our funds are just about gone. With not being able to currently work, I really could use the help.
