My name is Josh and my wife is Brandy our son Ian has passed away suddenly just after being discharged from CHOP of Philadelphia after a 2.5 year long stay. Finally he was going to start moving his life outside of the hospital setting and then developed a virus in his heart. His heart stopped pumping and he was being supported by a life support machine. After his heart kept getting worse and worse he passed away. Ian was the happiest and most lovable son we could have. He suffered from kidney failure and had been getting dialysis most of his life. He also endured close to 30 surgeries throughout his life and still managed to be extremely happy. We now have to have a memorial and services for him. As most know this can be very expensive and we can use all the help we can get. Thankfully we are getting some help from various places but still need all the help we can get.
