Help Josh after a tragic car accident
On the night of Thursday, August 12th, our friend Joshua Harris was out walking, and crossed the street when he was hit by a car and thrown into the street. A second car then ran over him. He sustained severe injuries, including a fractured spine, pelvis, femur and ankle. He's currently in the UNMH ICU, where he is undergoing several reconstructive surgeries. He is lucky to be alive - praise God - but not out of the woods yet.
While we're not sure of his exact financial needs, we can imagine that with medical expenses and a long recovery ahead, they will be significant. We're hoping that we, as his community, can help alleviate some of that financial burden through this fundraiser.
Josh is a kind, caring, insightful friend who thinks about the world deeply and thoughtfully. He is a talented songwriter, a gifted poet, a lover of Jesus, a free-spirited adventurer, a supporter and encourager, and an all around amazing human. We're all heartbroken that this has happened to him. Please keep him and his family in your prayers, and donate/share if you're able.
