Help Josett and Her Family in Crisis

Our dear friend Josett McAllister Penrod is fighting for her life tonight at the University of MD Medical Center in Baltimore. She is in intensive care battling pneumonia and a very aggressive Lung Cancer that is making it hard to breathe. Whether they can operate is still undetermined, but Josette is a fighter and the Cancer has not spread so the next few days will determine her future.

The men in the picture with Josett are her sons, all of whom have relied on her for many of their needs. She is a strong woman, dedicated to taking care of her family, and she is still providing a home for her mom and her sons.

How they will manage while she faces this challenge is hard to imagine, but they have stepped up lovingly in the last weeks and they are in Baltimore with her tonight. Family expenses will be financially crippling in the next weeks and, of course, there will be uninsured medical expenses as well. Please help Josette in whatever way you can. Prayers, meals for the family, gift cards, and money will all be deeply appreciated and represent the love in your heart.
