In Loving Memory of Jose
On November 9th, 2025, our dear friend Ashly’s father, Jose, tragically lost his life in a car accident while driving for Uber. Jose had just finished his regular day job and was working extra hours to support his family. He was the sole provider for his two children, including his daughter Ashly, who just welcomed a newborn baby less than a week ago.
Jose and his family are natives of the Dominican Republic, with no relatives or close support system here. His sudden passing has left them not only heartbroken but also facing overwhelming financial challenges.
We are asking for your kindness and generosity to help cover:
- Funeral and memorial expenses to properly lay Jose to rest
- Household bills and upcoming expenses for his children
- If possible, the cost of transporting his body so his family can honor him in their homeland
