As you may or may not know, my youngest sister Josephina Tola (19) was recently diagnosed with ALL: Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. This all happened so fast and sudden on February 10th, 2021. She was transferred from the ER to Kaiser Oakland and has been there ever since. She is currently undergoing her treatment there and will be there for the next two weeks or so, depending on how she responds to the treatment. She is going strong and positive so far! After that, she will start her out patient treatment, from home, under close care. That treatment will last approximately 8 months or so. She will not be able to work or go to school for at least a year, if not a bit longer. We are all so proud on how she is taking this head on and fighting strongly!
These funds will help her with her cost of living over the next year to include but not limited to; her food, utilities, medicines, supplies, and anything else she may need over the time she won't be able to work.
Her family will be donating all we can and we greatly appreciate any of the donations you may be able to help with. Every single dollar will not go unnoticed. Every single dollar with be greatly appreciated. Every single dollar will make a difference.
Thank you so much for all of your kind words and virtual support so far. She feels the love and it truly helps her!
