Hello everyone, my family and I are reaching out to everyone in hopes of support. My brother Joseph or for those who are close know him as Joe, he is kind, big hearted and most of all a loving person. Joe always believed in helping others especially in a time of need, and becoming a lifeguard was a perfect example of his beliefs and character. My brother Joseph was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer last year, he has fought admirably and tried to stay positive throughout treatment. Despite the doctor's best effort, the cancer is just too aggressive, and the treatments became too abrasive.
