My name is Joseph, and I'm reaching out during a very difficult time in my life. Not long ago, I suffered a heart attack that left my heart 100% blocked. I had to have three stents put in, and now I am in heart failure. On top of that, I'm also dealing with issues affecting my eyes—I have lost 65% of my sight, which makes recovery even more challenging. These health problems have made it hard for me to work and keep up with daily expenses, especially as I try to support my wife through all of this.
