Help Joseph Grutt Keep His Car

My name is Joseph Grutt. I've been living at my home for almost 2 years now. I was able to get this house thanks to an inheritance I got. Sadly, because I am disabled, I don't make enough to cover the taxes that I will owe on my house and my car. I'm looking to raise enough to ensure I won't have to sell my house.
