Help Joseph get through Cancer

Hello everyone I have been diagnosed with a rare cancer called Metastatic seminoma. I had a great job and was doing well. I will be out of work for at least 6 months and need help not to lose everything I worked so hard to achieve. Anyone that helps I thank you with much love and friendship.
