My name is Joseph Giusti and I live in Elmhurst, Illinois. I suffered a vaccine injury back in 1997 when I was a student at Visitation Catholic Grade School here in Elmhurst. I was a perfectly healthy 13 years old, but after receiving a Meningitis Vaccine, my body shut down, I nearly died and I was on a ventilator at Loyola University Medical Center for months as I was stricken with Guillain-Barre a rare side effect of this vaccine. In September, my mother fell and broke her hip and leg. She is my full time caretaker. She was getting paid, but since her fall, her pay stopped. We need help with our monthly bills.
